A Direct Sales Executive is responsible for initiating developing and managing relationships with new existing and legacy customers of JBR Capital from across the UK.
- Provide exceptional and market leading service levels to direct customer through an enthusiastic professional knowledgeable and passionate approach at all times demonstrating a genuine interest in their needs and concerns.
- To achieve agreed sales targets via the acquisition of new customers and the development of existing customer relationships within our market sector.
- Focus on 3 key pillars of direct sales balloon refinance in-life customer retention and new customer acquisition.
- Onboarding Management and Productivity of customer Relationships including Feedback via Customer Satisfaction Surveys
- To generate profitable business through a proactive and can do attitude.
- Planning and implementation of specific direct sales development strategy to maximise opportunities with new and existing customers.
- To Assess and maintain a comprehensive customer analysis and develop sales through strategic planning and reviews.
- To prospect and quote customers using appropriate pricing as per the Direct Sale Product Guide.
- To assist customer with their funding requirements from initial lead and quotation to pay out stage.
- To liaise directly with customers using a personalised concierge approach.
- To provide reporting as required by senior management including pipeline management and monthly forecasting & budgeting.
- To comply with all processes as requested by JBR Capital.
- Ensure all knowledge is up to date with regards to regulatory and legislative information (e.g. Data Protection Anti Money Laundering etc.) as required by JBR.
- Attendance & participation at Introducer events broker days and Industry car events such as Salon Prive Concours of Elegance / London Supercar Driver Events customer handovers and generating social media content.
- Undertake any other reasonable tasks as requested by JBR Capital.
Qualifications :
- Advanced skills in financial analysis risk assessment and credit modeling
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- In-depth knowledge of credit risk management principles and best practices
- Thorough understanding of regulatory requirements and compliance in the financial sector
- Demonstrated ability to make decisive data-driven decisions in a fast-paced environment
- Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities effectively
