Labourer

FLINT is excited to announce that we are actively seeking skilled Labourers to join our team for a Casula role in an upcoming Project in Winnipeg Manitoba starting June 23rd 2025 until July 31st 2025. In this position you will enjoy an 8-hour days schedule and benefits after 300 hours worked.

This position does not include camp accommodations living out allowance or travel allowance. Therefore it is best suited for local candidates; however those willing to travel or relocate at their own expense are also encouraged to apply. 

Qualifications :

• Minimum 4 years experience in oil and gas.
• Meet minimum mandatory safety ticket requirements:
  • CSTS-09 or CSTS-2020
  • Aerial Work Platform
  • Fall Protection
  • WHMIS
• Physically capable of performing demanding job tasks in various work conditions.
• Proficient in English both written and verbal communication required.
• Must have own reliable transportation to site.
• Valid drivers license and clean 5-year Drivers Abstract with under 6 demerits.

Additional Information :

This position has been identified as a safety sensitive position and will require completion of drug and alcohol testing.
