Job Description
- Do loading work and pest control to ensure goods are delivered on time and meet customer expectations.
- Check and maintain forklifts and other machines to avoid breakdowns.
- Prepare reports and keep records correctly and on time.
- Load containers based on the given plan.
- Monitor goods arrangement (re-palletizing) to make sure the correct item codes (SKU) and quantities are used.
- Check all incoming Finished Goods and packaging materials from suppliers.
- Do daily stock checks to ensure physical stock and system (JDE) quantities match.
- Use the JDE system to confirm deliveries when the admin is not available.
- Make sure the FIFO (First In First Out) system is followed for Finished Goods.
- Handle Non-Conformance stock plan with the production team and update supervisors on stock levels.
- Help team members when they are not available.
- Follow HACCP rules and take part in food safety activities.
Qualifications :
- SPM/Certificates in warehouse or equivalent.
- 1 to 2 years of working experience in Warehouse.
- Able to drive a forklift. Having a valid forklift license is an added advantage.
- Positive work attitude.
- This position is based in Pasir Gudang Johor.
Working Days & Hours:
- Monday to Saturday
- Shift rotation every week :7:00 AM to 3:00 PM / 3:00 PM to 11:00 PM
