Job Summary

HD eAxle test and production facility buildup maintenance. HD eAxle function and validation test.

Roles and Responsibilities

• Engineering and production test bench machine and equipment development
• Engineering and production test bench machine and equipment maintenance repairing
• HD eAxle product test method definition includes mechanical and electrical solution.
• Test bench release including measurement system capability study e.g. Cg. GRR etc.
• Test bench control system buildup

Qualifications :

Qualifications Requirement

• Master of electrical engineering mechatronics automation or similar education background
• CET4 or above fluent in oral and written English
• Good communication skills and team spirit

Job Relevant Knowledge and Experience

• Experience of non-standard equipment development
• Knowledge of electrical and electronic engineering
• Experience of PLC / labview programming
• Experience of Halcon vision system
• Familiar with mainstream communication protocols: CAN/ PROFINET/ TWINCAT/Modbus TCP
• Familiar with mainstream frequency converter and servo system (FESTO/ABB/ Inovance etc.).
• Familiar with EPSON robot programming and commissioning.
• Experience with EPLAN electrical drawing and design is a plus.
