Job Description
We are looking for a motivated Reporting and Controlling Specialist to support financial planning budgeting and reporting processes. In this role you will:
- Prepare and analyze financial reports to support decision-making and ensure transparency across departments
- Preparation of business plans and investment calculations
- Monitor budget execution and provide cost center managers with accurate and timely insights
- Collaborate with stakeholders to support financial planning and forecasting activities
- Identify trends deviations and improvement opportunities in financial performance
- Work with SAP and data analysis tools to ensure accurate reporting and efficient data handling
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of controlling processes and financial tools
Qualifications :
Education
- Bachelors or Masters degree in Business Administration Accounting Finance Controlling or Economics
Experience
- Previous experience in controlling financial reporting or accounting
- Familiarity with SAP or other ERP systems is beneficial
Skills
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Solid understanding of financial principles budgeting and cost management
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other data analysis tools
- Excellent communication skills both verbal and written
- Ability to work independently and in collaboration with cross-functional teams
Languages
- Fluent in English (spoken and written)
- German is a plus
