Job Description
The Feeds Business Solutions Manager is responsible for leading Sales Operations and Solutions for the Agribusiness Philippines Feeds team. The role drives operational excellence through data-driven insights digital transformation and service innovation. As a Manager he ensures business processes systems and tools are optimized to support commercial and operational goals. This position is critical in enabling a responsive customer-centric and future-ready sales support organization.
Qualifications :
Education:
Bachelors degree in Business Industrial Engineering IT Finance or any related course.
Advanced training in data analytics project management or sales systems is a plus.
Experience:
At least 57 years of work experience with a strong background in Sales Operations Data Analytics or Commercial Support.
Minimum 3 years of experience in a leadership or supervisory role.
Experience in agribusiness manufacturing or FMCG industries is an advantage.
Licenses/Certifications (Preferred but Not Required):
SAP-related certifications (e.g. SAP SD SAP Analytics Cloud) are a plus
SME Certification in business operations sales or analytics is an advantage
Certifications in data analytics sales operations or project management (e.g. Power BI PMP Six Sigma) are also valued
Other Requirements:
Strong business acumen and commercial orientation
Excellent communication stakeholder management and presentation skills
Advanced skills in Excel BI tools (e.g. Power BI Tableau) and CRM systems
Ability to manage ambiguity and drive structured execution
Customer-first mindset with a passion for innovation and continuous improvement
