Job Description
Passionate about guest interaction Food and Beverage service Lead the team to create unforgettable Food & Beverage experiences for our guests!
In this role you will be focused on managing the Food & Beverage team to ensure consistency of both Food and Beverage service. You will be passionate about ensuring service is performed in a friendly courteous efficient and professional manner. Secondary to this the role is responsible for ensuring the premises are safe clean and comfortable ensuring responsible service of alcohol is adhered to at all times.
You will be responsible for training learning and development of the team as well as overseeing daily Operations in Food & Beverage department including conference & event.

Qualifications :
Your experience and skills include:
- Previous experience with senior responsibilities in Food & Beverage Service.
- LCQ Certificate
- Degree or Diploma in Hospitality is a bonus
- Strong leadership skills
- Efficient in service procedures
- Creative and quick thinker
- Effective time management communication and problem solving skills
- Flexible to work early or late shifts weekends and public holidays.
- Customer focused & team player
- Detailed knowledge of Food and Beverage different type of cuisine and culinary trends.
