Stewardship Coordinator

We are currently looking for a Stewardship Coordinator at our Calgary base in the Foundation department.
It takes a team to make a difference in peoples lives. When it comes to STARS life-saving mission it also takes individuals communities industry and governments. Key Responsibilities:
- Support the team in delivering an exceptional donor experience by writing developing and managing the distribution of donor communication pieces through various channels and providing in-person support for fundraising and recognition events or tours
- Work directly with STARS donors and volunteers to coordinate and complete various stewardship and recognition activities
- Coordinate and manage the ordering of recognition collateral through external vendors.
- Manage tracking of stewardship related activities in Raisers Edge
Qualifications & Requirements:
- Minimum of 1 year in experience in donor relations non-profit fundraising communications or other customer relations
- A post-secondary education in Marketing Communications Business or Fund Development.
- Microsoft Office knowledge and experience
- Adobe Creative Cloud and Blackbaud Raisers Edge (or equivalent non-profit CRM software) experience an asset
