How Youll Make an Impact
- Report to the Director Strategy and Innovation.
- Youll manage the full project lifecycle from initiation to implementation for projects ranging from strategic planning initiatives to tactical activities.
- Youll play a crucial role in planning executing and closing projects successfully within established timelines allocated resources and budgets.
- Youll assist in identifying and documenting business goals and objectives as part of the initiation phase.
- Youll lead the development of project charters and facilitate discussions to finalize scope schedule and resources.
- Youll be expected to manage several projects at various stages.
- Projects will be different in scope size and complexity.
- Successful completion of projects will be the key performance indicator for this position; beginning with Project Initiation; Planning; Delivery; Implementation and transition to Post-Implementation.
What You Bring to the Table
- You have a post-secondary education in a related field.
- Youve got at least 3-5 years under your belt in project management experience.
- Exceptional communication skills across a range of forums and channels and with senior level stakeholders.
- Your project management skills are impeccable at every stage planning analysis problem solving delivery and communication.
- Having a project management designation (ISP PMP PMI-ACP CSM) would be considered an asset.
