bout STMA Schools
We are a district that serves over 6000 students and employs 725 employees in a northwestern suburb of Minneapolis Minnesota. Our district is comprised of one primary school for kindergarten students three elementary schools for grades 1-4 two middle schools for grades 5-8 and one high school for grades 9-12.
Position Overview & Responsibilities
The Musical Vocal Director will work with the Musical Staff on selecting rehearsing and performing the STMA musical primarily focusing on the vocal portion of the musical. This includes developing a schedule and working with the director to ensure the musical is a success.
Start date: September 2 2025
Schedule: Monday-Friday 3:30-6:00pm plus some evening and weekend rehearsals and performances.
Requirements & Qualifications
Experiencedirecting and/or performing in musicals.
Stipend Starting Salary Range: $2668-$2931 according tothe Musical Group of Schedule C of theCertified Master Contract 2023-2025.
Benefits:No benefit eligibilty other thanEarned Safe and Sick Time (ESST)as provided by law.
