We are looking for a dedicated innovative hands-on customer-obsessed G & A Recruiter with a passion for finding and hiring talent aligned to and in support of our business strategies. Responsibilities:
- G&A Full-Cycle Recruitment: Manage the end-to-end recruitment process leading strategic kick-off calls to define job requirements and ensuring successful hires from sourcing to offer close.
- Strategic Sourcing: Develop and implement tailored sourcing strategies to attract passive and active candidates in corporate finance legal M&A HR and accounting functions.
- Candidate Assessment: Screen resumes conduct interviews and assess candidates to match them with relevant roles in highly specialized corporate areas.
- Stakeholder Collaboration: Partner closely with hiring managers and HR leaders to understand talent needs and team dynamics across finance accounting legal M&A and HR disciplines.
- Talent Pipelining: Build and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified candidates proactively anticipating future hiring needs in core corporate functions.
- Employer Branding: Promote Fortives brand to attract top-tier corporate talent through targeted outreach networking and industry partnerships.
- Data-Driven Approach: Use metrics to evaluate sourcing effectiveness and optimize recruitment strategies.
- High-Level Stakeholder Management: Conduct talent supply & demand analysis advise hiring managers on market trends and support informed hiring decisions across corporate disciplines.
- New Hire Transition: Ensure seamless onboarding and immersion of hired candidates in collaboration with HR specifically addressing integration for corporate roles.
Basic Qualifications:
- Education: Bachelors degree or equivalent experience in talent acquisition or applicable HR experience within a global organization.
- Recruitment Experience: Strong background in corporate recruiting with specialized experience in accounting finance legal M&A and HR hiring preferred.
- Sourcing Expertise: Advanced proficiency in LinkedIn Recruiter AI-enabled sourcing and talent mapping strategies to engage passive candidates in corporate disciplines.
- Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to build strong relationships across functions and cultures.
