Job Description

Grafton Elementary School K-6 is seeking an LNA or LPN to join our team for the 2025-2026 school year. The ideal candidate will play a vital role at GES providing essential healthcare services to our students. Key Responsibilities:Administer medications and treatments as and manage chronic health conditions in first aid and emergency care when accurate and confidential health with school staff parents and healthcare providers to support student and implement individualized healthcare plans for students with specific health in health promotion and wellness compliance with state and federal health regulations. Qualifications:Graduation from an accredited LNA or LPN license in the State of and First Aid in a school or pediatric setting is communication and interpersonal to work independently and as part of a team. Work Environment:School-based setting with frequent interaction with students staff and parents
