Reporting to Self Pay Team Leader you will assist the division wide management of recording incoming post cheques resolution of returned mail resolution of returning emails all other adhoc admin duties required.

What youll do:
Working to ensure all accounts are identified and processed on a timely basis and in line with department KPIs.
Ensure accuracy of input coding/logging into the Meditech coding custom defined screen (CDS).
Ensure smooth collections activity to the correct payor by updating any incorrect information of Meditech accounts.
Over the phone/email collection activity.
Scanning of documents to patient accounts.
Logging of incoming postal cheques and management of the cheques mailbox.
What youll bring:
Ability to process large volumes of transactions and prioritise worklists.
Strong interpersonal skills and demonstrated ability to build relationships with internal stakeholders.
Ability to demonstrate high level of enthusiasm and a proactive attitude.
Computer/system skills with demonstrated spreadsheet and database experience.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
