We are looking for a Marketing & Communications Assistant to join our Marcomms team in either the London or Bristol office. This is an exciting role responsible for delivering a range of activity with a focus on digital marketing and marketing technology.
This is a part time position two or three days per week. Other working arrangements will be considered on a case by case basis. Please specify on your application whether your preference is to work two or three days per week.
What will you do:
Main Duties & Responsibilities:
Digital marketing support the firms external website Vuture email marketing platform and ON24 webinar platform to include editing uploading and managing content
Brand - assist with the production and updating of firmwide marketing materials and maintain the firms image library and branding information
Social media assist with uploading and pre-scheduling posts and creating branded graphics for LinkedIn
Marketing technology build a high level of knowledge of our systems and processes ensuring that our technology works seamlessly. Keep abreast of new technology in the market and make suggestions for future improvement
Vuture - assist with day-to-day maintenance and administration of Vuture and provide support to M&BD team and other users as needed
Training and development working with other members of the team to train and develop the wider M&BD team/firm on key tasks providing best practice and ensuring high quality levels. Attending training to develop own skills.
Other activity as required.
You will be required to:
Work as a team working with the team to reach milestones and achieve objectives both in terms of significant projects and day to day tasks
Achieve deadlines being proactive in picking up tasks and completing them in accordance with deadlines
Familiarise yourself with M&BD processes continuously developing and evolving knowledge of relevant M&BD processes to provide efficient and high-quality support to the wider M&BD team and the firm
Undertake training and development attending regular training and development and learning and implementing best practice and ensuring high quality levels. Gaining an understanding of the business through daily tasks and projects
Improve processes continuously assessing and finding ways to improve the efficiencies within the team and suggest improvements to processes in the department. Working with IT and other business services functions to reduce time spent on tasks.

Familiarity with M&BD technology would be advantageous
