Your Responsibilities
- Sie untersttzen uns bei der Implementierung unseres CAFM-Systems (waveware) hinsichtlich Erstellung Aufbereitung und Anpassung von Plnen (Grundrisse technische Zeichnungen in CAD/AUTOCAD)
- Sie pflegen und verwalten digitale Daten und Dokumente und kmmern sich um die Kennzeichnung von Rumen technischen Anlagen und des Inventars
- Sie sind verantwortlich fr die Erfassung Integration und Pflege der CAFM-Bestandsdaten sowie der Erfassung der technischen Anlagen
- Sie optimieren und verwalten das Strungsmanagement (Ticketsystem) und des Partnerzugangs (App-basiert)
- Sie erfassen relevante Objektdaten im Flchenmanagement
- Sie arbeiten im Tagesgeschft des Facility Managements mit
Your Profile
- Sie absolvieren derzeit Ihr Studium in der Fachrichtung Ingenieurbau Hochbau Architektur o. .
- Idealerweise ist Ihr nchster Schritt das Pflichtpraktikum und die Bachelor- oder Masterthesis
- Sie mchten praktische Erfahrungen in einem modernen Industriebetrieb sammeln
- Sie haben einen ausgeprgten Teamgeist und die Motivation Neues zu lernen und sich einzubringen
- Zuverlssigkeit und selbststndiges Arbeiten sind fr Sie selbstverstndlich
