Join our Data & Insights team where curiosity meets impact. As a Data Scientist youll help translate big questions into actionable insights turning complex data into models and stories that guide smarter decisions across the business. Whether its forecasting customer behaviour uncovering growth opportunities or driving operational improvements your work will directly contribute to shaping better outcomes for our customers and community. Day-to-day you will be responsible for:
- Exploring large curated datasets to uncover trends patterns and anomalies.
- Designing and building models using statistical and machine learning techniques.
- Hypo-thesis optimisations and deep dives to support decision-making across teams.
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams including Product Marketing and Operations.
- Communicating insights clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Working within cloud environments (e.g. AWS or GCP) using Python and/or R SQL and industry-standard libraries and visualisation tools (e.g tableau powerbi etc).
This role is permanent full-time based in the Sydney support office.

You bring a strong foundation in statistics machine learning and coding and youre not afraid to get stuck into messy real-world data. You thrive in collaborative social environments and know how to bridge the gap between data and business decisions.
