Job Description
Ventia have an exciting opportunity for a Store Service Attendant (Retail Assistant) to join our National Clothing Store based in Nowra at the HMAS Albatross Defence Base. Reporting to the Site Lead you will be a vital team member and be responsible for the storage and distribution of Defence Force clothing for serving Defence personnel.

This is a Full-timepermanent role Monday to Friday 8.00am 4.00pm
Key Duties
- Organising and controlling the day-to-day workflow - receiving scanning sorting and placing incoming goods on shelves.
- Over the counter customer service to our defence members
- Answering customer queries regarding stock location and progress.
- Receipt and delivery of goods.
- Assisting with regular stock takes and cleaning of work site.
- Operating computer system to obtain details of stock quantity and location.
- Be apart of Point of Entry servicing our new members uniforms providing a positive experience.
About You
- Demonstrated high volume customer service experience preferably in a retail environment.
- Intermediate computer skills & great customer service skills
- Ability to endure high volume of customers servicing our defence members
- Experience with SAP beneficial but not essential
- Candidate must hold a valid Driver licence
- Must be eligible to hold a Defence Security Clearance and therefore mustbe an Australian Citizen.
