Job Description
- Conduct thorough assessments of patients reproductive and sexual health.
- Provide skilled diagnostic services using advanced Gynaecological methodologies.
- Perform surgical procedures as required including laparoscopic surgeries.
- Manage and treat complex gynaecological conditions.
- Offer prenatal postnatal and gynecological care including routine examinations.
- Educate patients about reproductive health family planning and preventative care.
- Develop individualized treatment plans based on diagnostic outcomes.
- Maintain accurate patient records and documentation.
- Conduct regular follow-ups and monitor patient progress.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary health professionals for comprehensive patient care.
- Participate in training and education of junior medical staff and trainees.
- Stay updated with advancements in the field of gynaecology.
- Advise on lifestyle changes that promote women s health.
- Address and manage any arising complications during treatment.
- Provide emotional support and counseling to patients dealing with reproductive health issues.
- Medical Degree (MBBS) from a recognized institution.
- Postgraduate Degree in Gynaecology (MS/DGO).
- Valid medical license to practice in the relevant jurisdiction.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in gynaecology or related field.
- Strong background in surgical procedures and patient management.
- Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
- Outstanding interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and handle emergencies effectively.
- Demonstrated experience in mentoring medical staff.
- Commitment to continuous professional development and education.
- Empathetic nature with a focus on patient comfort and care.
- Capability to use electronic medical records (EMR) effectively.
- Experience in conducting research or clinical studies in womens health.
- Cultural competence and sensitivity towards diverse populations.
- Knowledge of current laws and ethical regulations in healthcare.
