Who you are

An overview of responsibilities
Supporting the team to ensure the drinks operation of the restaurant runs smoothly ensuring all drinks are freshly prepared with the best quality ingredients.
Championing exceptional coffee standards through collaboration with our coffee suppliers Allpress.
With supportfrom our General Manager and Bar Training Manager complete daily office duties.
Leading training in new wine and cocktails for the whole restaurant.
You will be responsible for enhancing our customer journey by delivering a genuine authentic service with energy and integrity.
