Assistant to Key Account

part-time 20h Key Account Assistant to work withthe KAM team in our Barcelona head office.

Key Responsibilities:

  • You will provide administrative assistance to the Key Account team (contract preparation invoicing..)
  • Serve as the point of contact for assigned decentralized key accounts ensuring effective communication and resolution of issues.
  • Administration and further development of processes tools and documents related to key account management.
  • Ensure the flow of information and documentation between the key account manager and ISC (including support to the ISC KAM)
  • Assist in developing account strategies and plans to maximize revenue and client satisfaction.
  • Prepare and present regular reports on account performance market trends and client feedback to management.
  • Create and update templates presentations and databases in collaboration with ISC KAM support.

Your Profile:

  • Speaking French and English is a must
  • You are based in Barcelona
  • You have 2 years experience in a similar role
  • You are good with data analysis.
  • You are motivated and feel comfortable working in a team
  • You have strong communication skills both externally and internally
  • You pay attention to detail and you have strong organizational abilities
  • You feel confident in using Microsoft Office products in particular Excel and PowerPoint
