RSUM DU POSTE :
Golf Canada est la recherche dune personne motive axe sur la mission et possdant dexcellentes aptitudes en communications pour aider la mise en uvre du programme dans la province. Le Coordonnateur First Tee Premier dpart Qubec relvera directement du Gestionnaire du programme First Tee Premier dpart Qubec et participera ladministration et lexcution du programme First Tee Premier dpart dans la province.

PRINCIPALES TCHES :
Participer ladministration quotidienne des programmes First Tee Premier dpart notamment le programme des tablissements de golf le programme scolaire le programme communautaire et la formation des bnvoles et des entraneurs ;
Rpondre aux demandes de renseignements et aux requtes directes des clubs de golf des professionnels du golf des enseignants des parents/tuteurs et des dirigeants communautaires concernant les programmes ;
Recruter des bnvoles pour aider la mise en uvre du programme sur les sites du programme (tablissements de golf) ;
Coordonner ltablissement du calendrier linscription et la collecte de donnes/la production de rapports avec les sites de programme ;
Mettre jour et entretenir la base de donnes des rapports (Salesforce) et le site Web (WordPress) ;
Aider la coordination de la livraison de limage de marque de lquipement et du matriel du programme avec le personnel du sige social de First Tee et de First Tee - Canada ;
Collaborer avec le responsable du marketing et des communications pour promouvoir efficacement les programmes et les initiatives de First Tee Premier dpart afin daugmenter le nombre dinscriptions des participants et de susciter lintrt des donateurs ;
Travailler de manire cooprative et efficace avec le personnel de Golf Qubec afin de respecter les obligations provinciales en matire de rapports ;
Aider la collecte et lexamen des vrifications des antcdents des entraneurs et des bnvoles afin dassurer la conformit Sport scuritaire/Safe Sport ;
Sengager auprs des propritaires/exploitants de terrains de golf et de diverses communauts pour favoriser dvelopper et entretenir des relations cls ;
Autres tches selon les besoins.

COMPTENCES REQUISES :
Un diplme dtudes postsecondaires en gestion du sport ou dans un domaine connexe est considr comme un atout ;
La connaissance de lindustrie canadienne du golf est considre comme un atout ;
Excellentes aptitudes organisationnelles et capacit effectuer plusieurs tches simultanes dans un environnement dynamique ;
Solides comptences interpersonnelles et personnalit extravertie ;
Personne motive et enthousiaste prte voyager dans la province ;
Capacit travailler de faon indpendante et en quipe ;
Excellentes comptences en matire de service la clientle ;
Excellentes aptitudes la communication verbale crite et orale ;
Le bilinguisme (franais et anglais) est considr comme un atout ;

POSITION DESCRIPTION

Ideal Start Date: August 11 2025

OVERVIEW:
Golf Canada is looking for a motivated mission driven individual with excellent communications skills to assist with the implementation of the program in the province. The Coordinator First Tee Premier dpart Qubec will report directly to the Manager First Tee Premier dpart Qubec and will assist with the administration and execution of the First Tee program within the province.

AREAS OF FOCUS:
Assist with the day-to-day administration efforts related to First Tee programs including the golf facility program School Program Community Program and volunteer/coach training;
Fulfill direct program inquiries and requests from golf clubs golf professionals teachers parents/guardians and community leaders;
Recruit volunteers to assist with program implementation at Program Locations (golf facilities);
Coordinate with Program Locations on scheduling registration and data collection/reporting;
Update and maintain the reporting database (Salesforce) and website (WordPress);
Assist with the delivery coordination of branding equipment and program material with
First Tee Headquarters and First Tee Canada staff;
Work with Marketing and Communications lead on effectively promoting First Tee programs and initiatives to increase participant registration and attract interest of donors;
Work cooperatively and effectively with Golf Qubec staff to meet provincial reporting obligations;
Assist with the collection and review of coach and volunteer background checks to ensure Safe Sport compliancy;
Engage with golf course owners/operators and diverse communities to foster grow and nurture key relationships;
Other duties as required.

REQUIRED SKILLS KNOWLEDGE & ABILITIES:
Post Secondary Degree in Sport Business/Management or related field is considered an asset;
Knowledge of the Canadian Golf industry is considered an asset;
Excellent organizations skills and ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment;
Strong interpersonal skills and outgoing personality;
Motivated enthusiastic individual who will willing to travel within the province;
Ability to work independently and as part of a team;
Excellent customer service skills;
Excellent verbal written and oral communication skills;
Bilingualism (French and English) considered an asset;
Ability to travel within the province and work overtime as needed.

NOTE: The Golf Canadas regular hours of work are 40 hours per week namely Monday to Friday 8 hours a day and 5 days a week including a one-hour lunch. However the demands of your position may mean that your hours of work will vary may be irregular and will be the hours required to meet the objectives of your employment.
