A Brief Overview
Reporting to the Associate Director International Programs the incumbent will provide advanced level support to the Smith exchange and international programs coordinating their efforts with other team members in the Centre for International Management (CIM). Representing Smith School of Business the incumbent will be the primary contact and resource person for students faculty and administrators both internal and external to the School on all issues pertaining to exchange and international programs. In addition the incumbent will be expected to coordinate with other CIM team members to ensure service levels remain consistently high for exchange and current and emerging international programs. The incumbent will also act independently in the absence of Senior Management in accordance with the CIM policies and procedures.
This position provides academic advice to students including degree requirements degree planning course selection graduation eligibility and academic integrity and/or consideration. This position provides subject matter expertise to students on knowledge of academic regulations accommodations and appeal options. This position develops recommends and implements program recruitment strategy including marketing messages publications and promotions. This position also plans organizes and attends large events including for recruitment events and information and training sessions.
