As anIntake and Bookings Officer your role is a pivotal function of the National Disability Insurance Scheme (NDIS). While working as part of a centrally managed Intake and Bookings Team you will be responsible for managing and meeting Partner in the Community contract deliverables of NDIS Services in a defined geographical area.
As an Intake and Bookings Officer you will play a critical role in ensuring timely efficient and responsive service provision to BSLs NDIS participants customers and the community. Additionally as necessary this position screens participant records ensuring that all relevant participant/family/carers information is correct current and available.
