We are currently seeking dedicated and compassionate individuals to join our team as Disability Support Workers.
Role Overview:
As a Disability Support Worker you will provide support to individuals in their homes and the community assisting them to live as independently as possible and achieve their NDIS goals.
- Availability for sleepover shifts including weekend availability is required for this role.

- Empathetic and reliable demonstrating compassion and dependability in all interactions;
- Proactive taking initiative to meet the needs of those you support;
- Strong communicators able to build rapport with clients and collaborate effectively with team members;
- Flexible and adaptable open to learning and adjusting to varying support needs;
- Team-oriented working collaboratively to achieve the best outcomes for clients.
Requirements:
- Experience in both one-on-one and group support settings;
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team;
- Strong problem-solving abilities and effective communication skills;
- Flexibility to work varying shifts;
- A current drivers license and access to a reliable vehicle are required.
