About the role
We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Financial Controller to join our dynamic team within the Early Childhood Education sector. This is a pivotal role responsible for overseeing the financial health and performance of multiple childcare centres across our network.
Key Responsibilities:
Oversee and manage profit and loss performance across all centres.
Identify cost-saving opportunities and revenue growth strategies.
Provide detailed financial reporting and forecasting to support strategic decisions.
Collaborate with centre leadership teams to optimise revenue and control expenses.
Monitor compliance with industry regulations and internal financial policies.
Lead centre-level budgeting and forecasting aligned with business goals.
Develop financial models to support long-term planning.
Identify trends risks and opportunities to improve financial outcomes.
About You:
CPA or CA qualified with proven experience as a Financial Controller or senior finance role.
Strong analytical skills with a deep understanding of multi-site operations.
Excellent communication and leadership skills.
Previous experience in the Early Childhood Education or service-based industries is highly regarded.
