Project Director
Minneapolis MN Direct Hire $100k-$140k
Konik is partnered with a growing specialty contractor who is adding a Project Director to their team.
Project Director Responsibilities:
- Lead and guide project management team on project needs expectations and manage workloads
- Determine and develop individual strengths of team members and lead continuous improvement measures
- Project Manager construction projects and drive development and culture of team
- Monitor project budgets create schedules and coordinate with internal and external teams on project needs
Project Director Requirements:
- Previous experience in leading construction teams on projects and development
- Ability to manage and lead teams during high stress situations
- Experience in Procore Bluebeam or similar
- Strong values and passion for process improvement and team development
