Armed & Unarmed Security Officers - Open Interviews Full Time

Where: 10065 E Harvard Ave Suite 250 Denver CO 80231
(Hiring for various locations within the Denver Metro Area)
Date: 06/26/25 (Thurs)
Time: 9AM - 2PM

Starting Wage Range:$19.19-$23.53/HR
Unarmed:
- $19.19/HR
- $21.83/HR After 6 Months
- $22.30/HR After 1 Year
Armed:
- $23.53/HR
- $24.04/HR After1 Year

You will become certified in CPR-AED Trauma care X-ray imaging in threat detections De-escalation techniques and use of force to mention just a few. These positions require a high level of customer service and professionalism with the ability to work under pressure.
What Your Day May Look Like:
- Conflict resolution and De-escalation.
- Secure entrances / patrol inside and outside the clients premises.
- Frequent interactions with client employees and guests.
- Identify and report safety issues or hazardous conditions.
- Clearly and quickly report any suspicious activity.
- Provide detailed written witness reports.

Position Requirements:
- 18 years of age or older.
- High School Diploma or GED Required.
- Standard computer / technology skills needed.
- Must be able to conduct patrols throughout shift.
- Must have great attention to detail and have the ability to remain vigilant throughout shift.
- Must be reliable accountable punctual and have a strong work ethic
- Must have a strong grasp of appropriate and professional verbal/written communication.
- Conflict resolution and de-escalation skills a plus.
- Must be comfortable conducting access control duties.
