We target the logistics industry which relies heavily on communication to book check on & pay for freight. Primarily working with freight brokers 3PLs freight forwarders shippers warehouses & other supply chain enterprises and tech startups.
We raised a Series A round from a16z and YC and were growing very fast.

About the Role
This role requires both strong technical skills and the ability to communicate effectively with a range of stakeholders.
Youre a versatile engineer who thrives in a role that blends customer engineering with technical development. You will work closely with our customers from onboarding through to their ongoing use of Happyrobots AI platform ensuring they maximize the value of our solutions.
Tech Profile
Comfortable Full-Stack: React TypeScript .
Strong proficiency in Python with hands-on experience.
Experience building AI/ML applications.
Manage APIs and other tools for robust integration with various third-party systems.
LLM prompting and tuning of voices and transcribers. Constant iteration to perfect use cases.
Building new features or entire MVPs.
Must have
Ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects under tight deadlines.
Excellent communication skills and the ability to explain technical concepts clearly.
