Windrush Care is a small independent and family-owned business based in the centre of Cheltenham. We provide our services to a predominantly private group of clients whom are able to continue living in their own homes.
What we offer first and foremost to our existing and future home carers is flexibility. Most of our other carers work around other jobs. family life and we truly believe in a healthy work-life balance.
We offer a competitive hourly wage of - 13.20 per hour (Mon-Fri) 15.20 per hour (Weekends) enhancements for Bank holidays as well as 40p per mile(From home to first call and onwards then back home)
We are currently looking for candidates with the below availability;
Flexible depending on the needs of our clients
Ideally working on a 20 hour per week basis
Mornings Evenings Weekends or a combination of two.
Saturday and Sunday availability
On call Mon-Fri (out of office hours) on a four weekly rota basis
The senior home carer will routinely oversee and perform the following;
Unannounced spot checks
Prearranged spot checks
Regular communication and feedback sessions
Supporting new staff on shadow shifts

v Opportunity to complete QCF Level 2-5 in Adult Health and Social Care after 6 months of continued employment. (Dependent on role)
v Access to all training certificates after 6 months of continued employment at no cost to you.

v Clear and concise pay scales. with nothing hidden. For one hour of work you will be paid our stated hourly rate (dependent on weekdays and weekends)
