Job Description
We are looking for an AI Process Consultant (m/f/d)
(unlimited full-time) Join our team at one of our locations in Berlin or Verl hybrid working conditions available
Help transform how Riverty worksprocess by process use case by use case.
As part of Rivertys newly established CEO-sponsored central AI Unit the AI Process Consultant plays a critical role in unlocking AIs business value. You will help shape and deliver AI-driven process improvements across the organizationby identifying opportunities framing the right solutions and guiding implementation.
Youll work closely with functional and business units to determine the best path forwardwhether its optimizing a process automating it or using AI to drive decisions. You may also be embedded in cross-functional teams to support end-to-end delivery of key initiatives.
Your Responsibilities
- Analyze and map end-to-end business processes to identify inefficiencies and automation/AI opportunities.
- Run workshops and interviews with process owners to understand current-state workflows and constraints.
- Evaluate process maturity standardization and data readiness to recommend the best-fit solution:
- Optimization (redesign simplification)
- Automation (e.g. RPA workflow orchestration)
- AI/ML (e.g. prediction classification NLP)
- Define use case scope success metrics and technical/data needs.
- Draft solution outlines and hand over to technical teams or co-develop with AI Tech Consultants.
- Support change management by clearly communicating expected benefits impacts and user value.
- Act as a trusted advisor for business teams helping prioritize and shape their AI transformation journey.
What You Bring
- Strong background in process optimization (Lean Six Sigma BPM) and/or automation technologies (e.g. RPA).
- Familiarity with applied AI/ML concepts and how they relate to business problems.
- Proven ability to work cross-functionally with business stakeholders IT and data teams.
- Experience in use case framing and value-driven solution design.
- Excellent facilitation communication and documentation skills.
Nice to Have
- Knowledge of process mining tools (e.g. Celonis Signavio)
- Exposure to AI project delivery and/or change management
