Job Description
One Vision is seeking to hire PRN (As Needed) - Direct Support Professional (DSP) for our new 12-hour shift schedule model. We are excited to bring a new work schedule which supports work life balance for our team members.
As A PRN Staff you are picking up shifts on an as needed basis to help fill regularly staff shift vacancies. As a PRN Staff you are required of the following:
- Must work a minimum 24 floor hours per month.
- Must always maintain and stay compliant with their mandatory trainings. In-person trainings must be completed outside of the mandatory 24 floor hours. (i.e Mandt CPR re-cert etc.)
- Within the 24 floor hours each month PRN staff must work a minimum of eight (8) of those hours during a weekend shift (12:00 am Saturday - 11:59 pm Sunday).
- PRN staff must work two (2) company holidays each calendar year.
Starting wage - $17.00 per hour

As a Direct Support Professional you support individuals with daily living skills including housekeeping laundry cooking personal hygiene and self-administration of medications.
While supporting people with disabilities you learn their individual differences in ability personality interests learning motivation and likes and dislikes. You encourage community engagement by driving the individuals you support to appointments and leisure activities in addition to supporting them with finances and grocery shopping.
Requirements
- No experience necessary! We provide necessary on-the-job training to care for our individuals.
- Requires H.S. diploma or equivalent.
- Basic computer skills needed to complete documentation.
- Provide a current drivers license and proof of insurance.
- Requires some physical activity bending kneeling stooping. Lifting or use of lifts for some individuals.
- Offer of employment is contingent upon background check drug screen physical assessment to occasionally lift up to 50 pounds.
