Job Title: Commercial Lines Account Executive
Job Summary:
Seeking a highly experienced Commercial Lines Account Executive to manage a diverse book of mid to large market accounts with a strong focus on transportation and exposure to construction contracting and manufacturing. This role requires full-cycle account management including marketing quoting renewals and strategic growth initiatives.
Responsibilities:
- Oversee full account lifecycle from onboarding to renewal for commercial clients
- Handle marketing proposals and presentations for new and renewal business
- Quote bind and service mid to large commercial lines accounts
- Maintain and grow client relationships through cross-selling and upselling opportunities
- Act as the lead point of contact and subject matter expert for clients
- Collaborate with internal teams to deliver timely and accurate policy servicing
- Provide mentorship and guidance to junior staff and team members
Qualifications/Requirements:
- Active Property and Casualty (P&C) license required
- 810 years of experience in Commercial Lines insurance
- Proven ability to manage complex accounts in transportation construction and manufacturing industries
- Strong technical knowledge of commercial coverages and carrier appetites
- Highly autonomous organized and capable of leading without supervision
- Demonstrated mentoring and leadership capabilities
- Excellent communication presentation and client-facing skills
