We are looking for a skilled and proactive Common Services Superintendent to join our Infrastructure team on a high-profile project based in Edmonton. In this role you will oversee and coordinate all essential site-wide support services that ensure the smooth functioning of a large-scale infrastructure jobsite. From site access and traffic management to laydown areas and waste control youll be the go-to person for keeping the project running efficiently behind the scenes.

Essential Responsibilities:
- Lead the planning and execution of all site-wide common services including temporary roads fencing signage traffic control laydowns fueling potable water and dust and snow control
- Supervise and coordinate the work of internal crews and subcontractors responsible for delivering support services across the project
- Maintain a clean organized and safe jobsite by managing waste removal site maintenance and general cleanup
- Oversee logistics for deliveries equipment staging and material movement across the site
- Collaborate with field teams superintendents and safety personnel to align services with construction progress
- Monitor and manage the use of temporary services infrastructure ensuring proper maintenance and minimal downtime
- Support project mobilization and demobilization ensuring that all services are effectively ramped up or down
- Ensure all work is performed in accordance with health safety and environmental standards
Qualifications:
- 3-5 years of experience in civil or infrastructure construction with experience working on large scale projects
- Solid understanding of site logistics construction sequencing and infrastructure project demands
- Proven ability to lead field crews and manage subcontractor performance
- Strong focus on safety organization and operational efficiency
- Familiarity with infrastructure construction best practices and requirements (e.g. municipal provincial transportation)
- Proficiency in digital tools such as MS Office and construction software platforms (e.g. Procore Viewpoint)
- Valid drivers license and safety certifications such as CSTS First Aid and WHMIS
