Collaborate with stakeholders across markets to gather requirements and ensure the KAM program meets diverse regional needs
Work closely with the development team in India to define user stories acceptance criteria and product specifications
Oversee the maintenance of Key Account Management tools while driving innovation and evolution of the broader cross-functional account teams experience.
Serve as the primary point of contact for Key Account Management related queries and issues from global markets
Analyze program performance metrics and user feedback to identify areas for improvement
Ensure compliance with industry regulations and Organization policies across all markets
Facilitate communication between technical teams business stakeholders and end-users to deliver best in industry features whilst driving deep adoption amongst field teams
Stay current with industry trends and emerging technologies in the pharmaceutical sales and marketing space
