Job Description
Join an Australian success story that is starting a new line of products in the domestic and commercial markets.
This is an opportunity to do the engineering work on a new range of products ensuring standards compliance quality evaluations and providing engineering input to all aspects of design and manufacture.
Required
- Bachelor of Engineering in Mechanical Engineering or related qualification
- 6 years experience in a product development role
- Experience with DFM and FMEA processes
- Understanding of manufacturing processes specifically: moulding/casting machining sheet metal
- Experience with thermal modelling
- Experience with requirements analysis and pre-compliance testing
Highly desirable:
- Experience in supplier negotiation and quality management
- Project management skills using agile processes
- Mandarin language skills
Work on developing new products for a prominent Australian company developing products for consumer and office use.
