The Role
Were looking for an experienced and detail-oriented Campaign Manager to support the end-to-end planning execution and optimisation of integrated marketing campaigns across multiple channels. This role plays a key part in driving brand awareness customer acquisition and engagement through data-driven customer-focused communications.

Youll work hands-on with marketing technology platforms to automate personalise and scale campaign delivery and collaborate with internal teams and external agencies to ensure campaigns are insight-led well-targeted and aligned with our commercial and brand objectives.

About You
You bring a strong background in campaign management and a proven ability to deliver results in fast-paced customer-focused environments. Your skills & experience includes:

  • Tertiary qualification inMarketing Communications Business or a related field.
  • Proven experience incampaign managementwithin fast-paced customer-focused environments.
  • Skilled inSalesforce Marketing Cloud with a strong ability to design and execute data-driven customer journeys.
  • Deep understanding ofcustomer behaviourin high-churn B2C markets particularly in retail.
  • Demonstrated success inretention strategiesand increasing customer lifetime value.
  • Experience managingexternal agencies and partnersto ensure consistent campaign execution and performance tracking.
  • Strong background in deliveringintegrated marketing campaignsacross digital and traditional channels.
  • Comfortable working withmanaged service providersand delivery partners.
  • Excellentproject management skills with the ability to juggle multiple initiatives in Agile or hybrid environments.
  • Analytical mindset with confidence in using dashboards metrics and customer data to optimise campaign performance.
