Commercial Insurance Account Manager Winter Park/Orlando FL
We are seeking a skilled and experienced Commercial Lines Account Manager to join a dynamic team. As a Commercial Lines Account Manager you will be responsible for managing a portfolio of commercial clients maintaining strong relationships and ensuring their insurance needs are met.
Responsibilities:
- Manage a book of commercial business ranging from small to large accounts
- Collaborate with clients to assess their insurance needs and provide tailored solutions
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and underwriters
- Review and interpret policy coverage to ensure accuracy and compliance
- Process policy endorsements renewals and cancellations in a timely manner
- Provide exceptional customer service and support to clients addressing any inquiries or concerns
- Collaborate with Producers to support new business growth and retention efforts
- Stay updated on industry trends market changes and regulations to better serve clients
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a Commercial Lines Account Manager
- Proficiency in AMS 360 or similar agency management system
- In-depth knowledge of commercial insurance products and coverage
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Detail-oriented and organized with the ability to multitask
- Active 2-20 insurance license preferred

You will utilize your expertise in commercial insurance to provide tailored solutions and exceptional customer support while also working closely with Producers to support business growth and retention efforts.
