The Boeing CompanyThe Boeing Company Oklahoma City (OKC) site performs major modernization and modification of aircraft across a broad portfolio of military products including bombers advanced sensor aircraft and executive transport aircraft.
Boeing Defense Space & Security (BDS) is seeking a Lead Engineering Skill Team Captain Aircraft Modernization & Modification (AMM) in Oklahoma City OK.
Position Responsibilities:
Leads teams to research analyze and compile complex technical data for company products and system-level concepts in the projected operational environments to optimize effectiveness over the program lifecycle
Applies complex systems engineering processes methodologies and tools to the design of system of systems systems and new product development
Derives and develops complex architectures functional requirements refinements and product designs
Assists in the integration of technical cost value risks and specialty engineering considerations into definition of the product
Provides leadership to project or program teams management sales and marketing staff customers and suppliers to meet group organization and company objectives
Performs technical planning and control; maintains and improves processes and software tools
Provide technical leadership develops training leads and mentors others
Works under consultative direction
This position is expected to be 100% onsite. The selected candidate will be required to work onsite at the listed location.
This position must meet Export Control compliance requirements therefore a US Person as defined by 22 C.F.R. 120.15 is required. US Person includes US Citizen lawful permanent resident refugee or asylee.
Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):
Bachelors degree of Science or higher
Interpreting data for process improvements/efficiencies
5 years of experience adjacent to Project Management
5S Lean experience
Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):
Experience in Quality Standards
