- This position is hybrid. You will have the opportunity to set flexible hours and to work partially remote at the discretion of the Auditor. All new employees to the Auditors Office complete a three-month onboarding period fully onsite.
- Candidates selected for phone screening will be notified by 6/27. Phone screens will take place on 6/30 and panel interviews will take place on 7/2.

In this newly created position you will oversee the critical administrative functions that ensure the smooth efficient and effective operation of the Auditors Office. Working closely with managers and supervisors you will handle day-to-day department-wide functions such as staffing training regulatory compliance facilities equipment security emergency planning safety policy development and internal and external systems and processes. You will directly supervise the Recording and Licensing Division. You will serve as a member of the departments Executive Team and will play a key role in department-wide strategic planning budget development and change management activities. This position requires a comprehensive understanding of departmental operations across all service lines and has considerable latitude for problem-solving and decision-making. You must ensure regulatory compliance and update policies in a dynamic landscape. Balancing the complex needs of staff and customers with organizational goals will require adept conflict resolution and change management skills.
