Job Description
Were seeking a Wholesale Parts Specialist to join our team. This role focuses on sellingOEM and aftermarket automotive parts to wholesale clients. Youll be responsible for managing parts sales from quote to delivery maintaining customer relationships and helping grow new business opportunities. This is a fast-paced high-volume position ideal for someone with strong parts knowledge excellent communication skills and a passion for customer service.

Responsibilities:
- Sell OEM and aftermarket parts to wholesale clients
- Verify part accuracy using VINs and electronic parts catalog systems
- Handle incoming calls ecommerce orders and in-person customer requests
- Travel to client locations to develop and maintain strong business relationships
- Process returns and resolve customer concerns in a professional and timely manner
- Coordinate with internal departments to ensure accurate and timely delivery
- Monitor stock levels and source out-of-stock parts when needed
- Provide price quotes warranty information and part compatibility guidance
- Review repair estimates to confirm correct part numbers and pricing
- Deliver a consistently high level of customer service and responsiveness
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or GED required
- 2 years of experience in parts sales preferably in a wholesale or dealership environment
- Knowledge of electronic parts catalog systems and dealership software (e.g. CDK ADP OE Connection CCC) preferred
- Experience working with body shops fleet accounts or repair facilities is a plus
- Valid drivers license; DOT medical card may be required for outside sales
- Strong organizational and time-management abilities
- Effective verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to read parts diagrams repair estimates and technical documents
- Self-starter who works well independently and as part of a team
