Sales Manager
Hudson WI Direct Hire $80k - 100k
Konik is partnering with a family-owned manufacturing company that is seeking to add an established Sales Manager to their team. In this role you will lead a small well-tenured sales team in working to identify qualify and process new opportunities to meet sales and profit goals. This is a unique opportunity to join a seasoned team with excellent sales in a leadership role at the company. Sales Manager Responsibilities:
- Plan and organize general sales operations including establishing appropriate goals pricing policies and staffing levels
- Ensure that new opportunities are appropriately vetted and that client requirements are properly communicated to the rest of the operations team
- Consistently monitor sales progress and productivity markers; be prepared to report on this on a consistent basis
- Responsible for hiring terminations training & development performance reviews and other personnel management functions
- Provide overall guidance at the company as a representative of sales on the leadership team
Sales Manager Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree in Business or related preferred; equivalent experience may be substituted
- 5 years of sales and management experience
- Ideal candidate will have experience in construction manufacturing or distribution of indoor or outdoor equipment; candidates with sales management experience in manufacturing will be considered
