The Boeing CompanyBoeing Defense and Space (BDS) is looking for a highly motivated Lead Financial Analyst supporting the Mobility Surveillance and Bombers (MS&B) portfolio located in Oklahoma City Oklahoma. This position supports the modernization and modification contracts within the Bombers portfolio including supporting the B-52 B-1 and B-2 platforms. This position offers relocation assistance for eligible candidates.

Key Position Responsibilities:
Lead Financial Integration:Initiate and oversee the integration and analysis of resource forecasts and Estimates at Completion (EACs) for control accounts budgets and functions
Performance Reporting:Develop and present comprehensive performance reports that highlight financial trends and operational insights to senior management
Variance Analysis:Conduct in-depth variance analyses to provide a clear understanding of financial performance making recommendations for improvement
Business Case Development:Lead the creation of compelling business cases using relevant financial indices to support strategic initiatives
Cost and Schedule Management:Maintain and analyze cost and schedule performance measurement baselines including earned value and variance analyses to communicate trends effectively
Subject Matter Expertise:Serve as a go-to expert for troubleshooting financial processes and tools identifying root causes and recommending actionable solutions
This position is hybrid. This means that the selected candidate will be required to perform some work onsite at one of the listed location options. This is at the hiring teams discretion and could potentially change in the future.
Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):
Bachelors Degree or higher
5 years of experience in a Finance Accounting Business or related role
Experience with Earned Value Management (EVM)
Experience performing Estimates at Completion (EAC)
Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):
Experience working with financial tools such as Cost Schedule Planning and Reporting (CSPR) Interactive Reporting Environment (IRE) Financial Project Cost Report (FPCR) and Enterprise Accounting System (EAS)
Experience performing financial analysis controls and operations work scope
Experience using strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Experience preparing and leading the completion of Contract Data Requirements Lists (CDRLs) (Integrated Program Management Report (IPMR) Contract Performance Report (CPR) Contract Funds Status Report (CFSR) etc.)
