As a Team Lead you will set the tone for operational excellence. Youll play a crucial role in mentoring team members managing workflow and ensuring each client receives thoughtful and responsive service. You will work closely with executive leadership to identify new opportunities for departmental expansion while ensuring compliance with Florida insurance regulations.
Tasks and Responsibilities
In this leadership role youll be expected to bring a high level of energy and clarity to your daily responsibilities. Lead and manage the day-to-day operations of the surety bond department
Ensure high-quality placement of insurance products tailored to client needs

Maintain compliance with all relevant state and industry regulations
Required Skills and Knowledge
This position requires a balance of technical insurance expertise and team leadership. You should feel comfortable managing both people and processes and be motivated by results and collaboration.
Strong knowledge of surety bond underwriting and insurance placement
Proven experience leading a team in an insurance or financial services environment
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Strategic thinking and problem-solving capabilities
Understanding of Florida-specific insurance regulations and compliance standards
