Job Description
- Gather analyze and visualize data to enable business decision-making and continuous process improvement and to meet customer service objectives.
- Facilitate work team collaboration and decision-making to ensure quality outcomes
- Gather technical and functional solution requirements to meet business objectives
- Define and analyze business process work-flows and drive process improvement
- Develop cost benefit and business case projections to inform project prioritization
- Define and manage project / product scope work plans progress risks and issues to facilitate project execution
- Communicate project status and data analysis to Information Technology Operations Sales Marketing team members and leadership.
- Perform appropriate duties as assigned by supervisor to cover other duties not listed within the description.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- An internal drive to learn partnered with good research skills
- Information Systems IT Business Analysis or IT Project Management coursework or experience
- Strong analytical skills and comfort working at both detail and conceptual levels
- Ability to organize and plan work
- Ability to work independently and handle multiple priorities
- Experience in delivering data analysis in areas such as IT service level commitments product costing and sales.
- Experience in managing projects related to our commercial SaaS offerings
