The MuleSoft Solution Consultant will drive solution architecture in sales pursuits be a trusted client advisor and ensure consistent delivery for clients in the Salesforce space. The MuleSoft Solution Consultant serves as a subject matter expert in providing strategic guidance and actionable recommendations to organizations on how to optimize their data pipelines and data flow development. The MuleSoft Solution Consultant will leverage their knowledge of integration technologies to help clients achieve their data management goals. They will work closely with Verndale Project Managers and Project Lead Engineers to interpret and document client needs to ultimately enable the authoring/development of quality solutions that meet the requirements of our clients.
Responsibilities
Design develop validate and support MuleSoft integration solutions using the AnyPoint Platform
Advice on technology solutions and platform integration to improve business operations
Interview client stakeholders to understand their business problems and translate them into solution requirements
Guide clients through the implementation of MuleSoft integration solutions
Serves as the leader for their MuleSoft projects
Translates business requirements into well-architected solutions that best leverage the MuleSoft and Salesforce platforms
Provide detailed level of effort estimates for proposed solutions. Articulate the benefits and risks to a solutions feasibility and functionality
Design elegant innovative integration solutions involving configuration of MuleSoft creation and refinement of complex data models external integration business process automation and other custom functionality
Draft custom development specifications and drive delivery and testing of the functionality by Development resource
Provide hands-on expert-level technical assistance to developers and collaborate on technical design and implementation realization
Design and manage the execution of test plans to ensure a quality solution is delivered
Follow and understand new Salesforce/AnyPoint product and technical capabilities resulting from product releases and acquisitions
Provide expertise during sales efforts to inform solutions and estimate the technical level of effort
Demonstrate thought leadership through different mediums e.g. publishing public speaking client presentations
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients
Qualifications
5 years of CRM systems and data analytics experience
Minimum 3 years of Salesforce platform experience
Solid understanding of data integration ETL processes and API-led connectivity
Excellent client-facing written oral communications skills
Strength in business analysis to uncover business processes and procedures
Active Salesforce certifications or ability to achieve relevant certifications upon hire
Proficiency in MuleSoft AnyPoint Platform preferred
Comprehension of application development principles
Experience in designing and implementing integration solutions
Experience with API development and integration
Knowledge of Salesforce CRM and other Salesforce products
Experience with data integration and transformation techniques
