Mechanical Electrical & Specialist Equipment Supervisor

This is a hands on role where no two days are the same. Youll lead the charge on planned and reactive works pushing for performance precision and regulatory excellence at every turn. Through on-site checks sharp decision making and real time oversight youll make sure we deliver on our promises on time every time and always with customer satisfaction in mind.

What youll need to be successful:
- Ensuring the health safety and wellbeing of staff customers and contractors at all times
- Ensuring service delivery complies with current regulations contract documentation all working standards and directives whilst driving performance management and efficiency. This may include conducting or organising on site WIP and post QC checks to evidence full compliance with this requirement.
- Directing works and making decisions relative to the carrying out of duties to ensure the safe and timely delivery of day to day planned/cyclical works improvement works and compliance contracts/services for the business.
- Supporting the Mechanical Electrical & Water Hygiene Manager in contract/performance management pricing quantifying and specifying works.
- Ensuring that the business meets its delivery plan objectives and that a safe high quality efficient and effective service is provided to our customers.
- Provide day to day supervision and first tier management of contractors working on behalf of CHL providing assurance that appointed contractors are working within associated specifications regarding health safety & quality.

Salary:46270.00 per year
Working Hours:37 hours per week
Contract Type: Permanent role. Existing CHL employees are welcome to apply as a secondment opportunity but please discuss this with your manager before applying.
Base:Hybrid working - working from home office and on-site/in the community as needed. Your base will be our main office in Chy Trevail Bodmin PL31 2FR.

Safeguarding
We are committed to safeguarding the welfare of all our service users clients and customers. This role is subject to a Basic DBS check. You will be asked to complete the relevant DBS check to be successfully appointed to the role.
