Qualifications & Skills:
- Minimum 5 years Technical experience ideally within CA PM business sectors.
- Minimum 3 years Sales experience ideally within CA PM business sectors.
- Understanding of Industrial markets.
- Strong Leadership skills in particular: Customer focus Delivering results Thinking strategically Overcoming complexity.
- Excellent interpersonal skills.
- Strong communicator.
- Demonstrated Analytical and Problem solving skills.
- Computer proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite C4C and SAP.
Characteristics:
- Business mindset. Very dedicated deliberative detail and result oriented person.
- Innovative flexible and driven to improve efficiency
- Good ability to digest large quantities of information and use that understanding to drive business
- Work collaboratively in a dynamic business environment diverse group several cultures and under high pressure.
