The ideal candidate will utilize their product knowledge to provide cross-functional support to sales marketing product and customer experience providing key support and communication about the products functions customer insights and more.

WHAT YOULL DO
Product Mastery: Develop and maintain an in-depth understanding of our product offerings including features benefits and differentiators. Stay updated on the latest product developments and industry trends and assist in creating sales assets that need a knowledgeable product lead (like demo videos etc.). You will play a pivotal role in engaging with customer stakeholders presenting our product vision and roadmap with confidence and clarity.
Industry Knowledge: Gain and maintain a thorough understanding of the industry in which we operate. Leverage this knowledge to contextualize our solutions and articulate their value in relation to customer needs.
Customer Use Cases: Become an expert on customer use cases and success stories. Use this knowledge to craft tailored demos and presentations that resonate with different customer segments to support the sales team.
Technical Expertise: Master the know-how to effectively communicate the technical aspects of our product to both technical and non-technical audiences. Collaborate with the product team to understand technical nuances and how they translate into customer benefits and providing enablement to our CX and Sales teams when new features are rolled out.
Sales Support: Work closely with the sales team to provide product demonstrations technical support during sales calls and assist in the development of proposals and presentations. Help the sales team close deals by showcasing the value of our solutions.
Cross-Functional Collaboration: Collaborate with various teams including product management sales customer experience and marketing to ensure that product messaging is consistent and that customer needs are being met. Share customer and industry insights gathered from your collaboration with the CX/Sales team back to the Product Team so we can continue to innovate and remain competitive. Additionally youll support product marketing in the product knowledge needs of GTM campaigns.
Customer Experience: Support the customer experience team by providing product knowledge and technical support as needed. Assist in the onboarding of new customers by ensuring they understand how to use our products effectively.

SaaS Sales Customer Success or Product experience is preferred
Experience (and ideally technical proficiency) in any of the following is preferred: CRM E-commerce Fundraising Payment Processing Complex Endurance Events
Self-Starter with an excellent ability for problem-solving and intellectual curiosity to seek out answers until a topic is fully comprehended
College education in Business Administration Marketing Communications preferred. Masters Degree preferred but not required.
