About the Role:

Were looking for a committed and energetic Route Sales Supervisor to lead our route teams across Denver and Colorado Springs. This role is vital to ensuring that every delivery not only meets expectations but exceeds them. Youll manage dispatch operations coach and mentor route drivers and ensure we continue to deliver excellence with every client interaction.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead support and develop a team of Route Drivers and Sales Representatives
• Manage daily route dispatch and logistics across Colorado markets
• Coach route teams on growth strategies customer service safety and performance
• Resolve client issues with professionalism and responsiveness
• Ensure DOT DVIR and vehicle compliance across the fleet
• Oversee Micro Market software and client communication
• Maintain accurate administrative records and reports
• Foster open communication across departments and leadership

What You Bring:

24 years of experience in leadership roles in distribution product sales transportation logistics or related fields

Strong organizational time management and client communication skills

Bachelors Degree preferred

Valid drivers license required

Comfort with Microsoft Office (Word Excel PowerPoint)

Ability to lead independently while supporting a collaborative culture
