You Are:

As an Enterprise Solution Architect/Oracle APEX SME you will serve as a technical expert leading the development and optimization of cutting-edge solutions using Oracle Application Express (APEX). Your work will directly impact critical business functions ensuring systems are robust efficient and aligned with agency objectives.

The work:

Design develop and maintain high-performance applications using Oracle APEX.
Architect secure scalable solutions that streamline operations across diverse business domains.
Collaborate with stakeholders to understand mission requirements and translate them into powerful software solutions.
Lead troubleshooting efforts optimize performance and mentor team members.
Drive innovation by implementing modern development practices including DevOps Agile and CI/CD pipelines.

Heres what you need:

10 years of experience in Oracle APEX (20.x or higher) PL/SQL SQL JavaScript HTML/CSS
Proven ability to design user-friendly secure applications in complex enterprise environments
Experience with RESTful Web Services Single Sign-On (SSO) and security best practices
Solid understanding of Oracle database performance tuning and troubleshooting
Ability to work across multiple projects and engage with both technical and non-technical stakeholders
Familiarity with DevOps practices Git and CI/CD pipelines
Agile mindsetthrives in fast-paced iterative development environments

Nice to Have:

Bachelors degree in computer science Information Technology or a related field

US Citizens only (no dual citizenship)
Active TS/SCI

As required by local law Accenture Federal Services provides reasonable ranges of compensation for hired roles based on labor costs in the states ofCalifornia Colorado Hawaii Illinois Maryland Minnesota New Jersey New York Washington Vermont and the District of Columbia. The base pay range for this position in these locations is shown below. Compensation for roles at Accenture Federal Services varies depending on a wide array of factors including but not limited to office location role skill set and level of experience. The pay range for the states of California Colorado Hawaii Illinois Maryland Minnesota New Jersey New York Washington Vermont and the District of Columbia is:

$126300 - $243100 USD
